Simon Youth Foundation Selects Hetrick for Branding and Marketing Campaign

Indianapolis, IN (Vocus) April 15, 2010 -- After a formal agency review of Midwest firms, Simon Youth Foundation has selected Hetrick to conduct its branding, marketing and fundraising communications nationwide. Simon Youth Foundation helps at-risk high school students all over the U.S. by partnering with local school systems to provide alternative schools and by awarding post-secondary scholarships.

“We chose Hetrick because they clearly understand how communications work in the fields of education and philanthropy. We were impressed with their understanding of foundations and their track record for helping nonprofits raise money,” said Simon Youth Foundation board chair Deborah Simon. “We are proud of our students and our schools, especially their 90 percent graduation rate. But we need Hetrick’s help to tell our stories to a national audience.”

“At Hetrick, we do good work that does good,” said Hetrick president and chief operating officer Amy Ahlersmeyer. “The mission of Simon Youth Foundation is a perfect match for our commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.”

Hetrick has already begun work on the branding project. Budget figures were not disclosed.
